Christina Saribay threatened to sue after a failed transaction on a home in Forest grove. She had been communicated with over why things were going this way yet she went to the principal broker of my realtor and informed him of intention to sue me, despite the sellers already taking my earnest money. She also flat out lied about damages on the home, and said the seller was an electrician, which upon a quick license search they were most definitely not. Immoral and rude. Will never use her services in the future.
Steve and team (esp. Dave W) provided stellar service throughout multiple transactions and across state lines for us. He is well-liked and known in the industry which helps greatly in negotiations. He he has a broad team to ensure all the bases are covered in a timey fashion for a smooth experience. On top of being a wealth of sage advice, Steve puts a lot of effort into staying abreast of the industry, evolving regulations, and the market. Can't recommend him and NextHome highly enough.
