My experience with NextHome Perkins Realty Group was extremely disappointing, largely due to how Agent David handled the situation. I submitted an offer, and they came back with a counteroffer. I immediately agreed to their counter and signed the contract right away in good faith. The very next day, I was told they decided to go with a higher offer instead.
