Kelvin has sold two of my homes and helped me purchase my current home. It was so easy and he kept me educated and informed throughout the entire process!
Save yourself the time. He’s a Nice man. But if you are not priority, prepared to be ignored with no communication for at least 2-3weeks at a time. And if you have a complaint, you’re better off taking it to the ethics board. I’m sure he does great for priority clients. And please don’t delete the us review like my initial one from 5/2021. My husband and I had the worst experience with with Jaelin Grant and Kelvin Mitchell! Do not recommend them to anyone ever and will now forever tell people don't use them! Wish I could give negative stars. Jaelin didn't communicate with us or our needs to seller, lied to our faces, at one point completely ghosted us, she dropped the ball multiple ways. Kristi was amazing and was suggested to me by my aunt who is my dads sister in Moulton AL. My dad recently sold his house in Chicago by midway airport & bought a house in Decatur AL. My dad is a 77 yo senior who can be quite stubborn in his ways but Kristi was extremely kind, caring & shown grace to my dad.
