This company has sent me many unrequested, unsolicited text messages randomly asking me about properties I've never expressed interest in - when replying and asking for clarification or explanation of their contact, they reply irrelevantly and in a bot-like manner, indicating it's likely robotext spam. Definitely adding to my NEVER-USE real estate company list.
I met Marlene a couple of years ago and while I knew she was a realtor, I had no idea how much of an asset she was to the home buying process until we purchased our home. Our realtor Nick, If you are looking for a very nice, friendly, go getter and quick response….look no further. Nick helped me and my husband get a very spacious unit in laguna Niguel that is just perfect for our kids and below market rental price. My agent, Bryan Suarez with Next Home Coastal is the Most amazing person he was so communicative he stayed on top of everything he made sure we met all the deadlines for closing and brought me champagne and a card and a hug at the end of our closing when he presented me with the keys to my new home he went to every place I saw that might be an option and always just wanted the best for me if you want the best real estate agent you can find call Bryan at next home coastal.
