We first met with the sales representative, Matt Talbot from NextGen, in May 2025 as we were getting quotes to replace our roof in the fall. Matt did an excellent job of describing their shingles, warranties, etc. He walked us through the entire project step by step so that we would know what to expect, providing a comprehensive overview, leaving no stone unturned. We recently had our home re-roofed by Nextgen Roofing in Westfield, MA, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The entire team—Matt, James, and Brian—did an exceptional job in their roles, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We had great service from Matt Talbot at the outset of doing our garage roof project. We had to push out project a little later than we initially wanted to and Nextgen accomodated us, which we really appreciated. Working with Brian, our PM, was smooth and easy. The crew arrived on schedule, were super nice, and finished when they said they would when I talked to them when they arrived. The roof looks a million times better than what it was before. We had an awesome experience and we are glad we went with them for our roof!

We had a new roof and 2 skylight windows installed. The process was amazing. The staff showed up at 7am with a text before as to soon being on our property. They worked diligently all day and completed the project. The staff were friendly and professiona! Matt and Mike were professional and answered any question. We were amazed at the prompt completion of the job as well as the clean up. I would recommend this company without hesitation. We are very pleased with the process and re-sults.
