Starting with my first contact with Virginia at the office , followed by meeting with Matt Talbot, who presented and explained the entire roofing project. He performed a thorough inspection of both my roof and the attic and gave transparent detail quote with no hidden cost or surprises while answering all my questions . I called yesterday with a minor issue with our roof - spoke to Virginia, who was exceedingly polite and helpful, and was able to schedule a visit today. Matt arrived promptly as scheduled, quickly found what was wrong and performed a quick repair. Great job - very thorough and friendly. One of the better customer service experiences I’ve had recently. When the time comes to replace our roof, I’ll know who to call!
My wife and I met Matt at the Western MA Home Show this past weekend when we stopped by the NextGen booth. He we very personable and helpful with all of our questions and he was able to fit us in for an initial inspection and review of our roofing needs within a week.
