NextGen didn’t waste my time bringing up listings that were not within my criteria or price range, (like other realty offices cannot seem to get), -- I told them exactly what I wanted and in under a week they found it for me. It was well worth the money being able to go through a Realty company that didn’t add to the stress of going through a divorce plus I’m very psyched on my new pad.
