It was very clean and organized. Unfortunately was very disappointed is services. First off the front desk lady, was kinda rude. She didn't even let us say anything, she asked about having an appointment, when we said no and was talking, she decided to cut me off and said" use camera and scan the bar code" ( what ever it's called lol) then the place was empty Like a ghost town. Incorrect diagnosis. Poor bedside manner. Was not provided xray results to provide my orthopedic doctor for followup.
My visit to Next Care was fabulous. So fast yet through. I saw Michael he went right to my concerns and even went beyond to offer a medicine that would work in tandem with what I had requested. All in all total time including my run to the pharmacy less than an hour to have problem hours addressed and medicine in hand . I actually was longer at the pharmacy longer than at Next Care. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care to anyone needing a fast easy doctors visit
