Horrible experience here at this location. I went in for an issue I was having. Appointment was on 3/20/2026 and the staff that was working there around afternoon time was the worst medical assistant and nurse practitioner I have ever had. The medical assistant I got was a chubby white lady with tattoos she was not friendly at all just had the worse attitude look on her face. Not welcoming at all that’s for sure. I am giving two stars because I did not have unpleasant direct conversations with staff and I was seen relatively quickly, but everything else was a horrible experience. For the issue I went in for I was prescribed some medication that day but also had some secondary labs that had to be sent out to confirm that treatment. I was told I would get a call within a few (3-4 at most) days with results so they could confirm if I should continue the prescription or not.
