The staff was great, the nurse and doctor were efficient once you’re in a treatment room. The long wait (4 hours late Monday morning) and cramped waiting room would be my only deterrent from returning. Interior wasn’t the cleanest or very inviting. Decent, got the job done if you have the time.

The waiting room felt very unkept. The check in was not personable and my daughter was diagnoses with swimmers ear when she hadn’t been swimming in over a week. Her ear tubes were draining. I was told not to use her ear drops that ENT prescribed. I do. The whole thing seemed off. Won’t be back. I’ll try the ER next time. I also waited for 45 min to go back past my appointment. I will say Michelle who checked us in for the initial assess was a complete sweetheart and has us all smiling after a long day. She was 10/10.

Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Doctor was personable, and wore a mask during my visit. My husband and I both went in to be tested for Covid. I had a low-grade fever and the nurse was informed of this, but did not wear a mask, and did not offer to, though she saw that we were both masked. Neither my husband nor I had our temperature assessed during the visit. Very friendly staff. They got me an appointment for a physical within a couple days and when I arrived, the wait time was zero. The staff and the doctor were exceptionally professional, polite and helpful.
