The NP sent one of two prescriptions by fax. Said the second one he could not do. Got the the pharmacy and they said he should have faxed both. Asked for a referral to a specialist and again he said he can't send it to them. Had to drive to the doctors office with the paperwork and again the doctors office said he should of fax the paperwork to them. The NP wasted most of the day driving around for no reason. I signed a waiver.
Made appointment on 02/08/26 for 11am , checked with receptionist at 11:47 she informs me that it wasn’t appointment, it’s time slot to hold a place and it was 5 patient ahead of us and they had a new provider so they would be with us after the other 4 patient and they are not taken walk in today ! That’s very misleading and very unprofessional! This will be our last time using this urgent care Very disappointing!
Made a timed appt. Went well. Dr Larry Was nice. Agreed I had sinus issue Two meds.
