Disappointing. On 5/15/26 we called NextCare Urgent Care, Cibolo ahead to verify our insurance was accepted. Policy#, ID#, Phone#, DOB, everything. We were told insurance was accepted and we could get right in. When we got there, we were told that no our insurance was not accepted. THEY MADE A SICK 90-YEAR-OLD woman come into the office for this? The patient was told by an MD over the phone to get to an Urgent Care now. Had to wait a while but the PAs and front desk personnel were lovely!
