I went in for a sports physical, the wait time was quick and all of the staff were kind and professional.
Recently, my husband was injured at work. He called and made an appointment at NextCare to have his shoulder looked at. He showed up at said appointment and was told that they were only doing telehealth visit. Which would not work as someone actually needs to look at his shoulder. At the appointment the next day, they took x-rays and determined that he needs to see an orthopedic surgeon. Also, this is now a workers comp situation. Went in the morning after taking a fall down the stairs, staff met me at the doors to help me and my boyfriend come in since I had sprained my ankle. Wait wasn’t terribly long since we got there a little after they opened, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Reception offered ice packs and water and the doctors got a wheelchair for me.
Online appointment and registration was super convenient. We were seen immediately upon arrival and got excellent care. We’ll definitely return next time there’s an emergency!!
