AVOID! Signed up for a confirmed visit, arrived on time, and after waiting told “no provider on site today”. Advised to go to Leavenworth location. Totally unreliable.
I went in two days in a row: one day for testing and the second day to discuss said test results. My first day was extremely nerve wracking as I was there for reproductive health concerns. The young lady at the reception was AMAZING, my nurse Dennis was also absolutely amazing and gentle and kind. I saw the provider named Victoria for my first day and was absolutely unimpressed with her lack of bedside manners, empathy, or hearing me out. My son was seen for a possible broken arm. All of the staff was helpful and so so nice! The staff made my son feel comfortable and went above and beyond for him to be as comfortable as possible. If we ever need to be seen at an urgent care we will definitely be going back here
