Thanks for taking such good care of me! I really appreciate how it was quick, but everyone was so nice and professional. It made an urgent medical need not as stressful!
All the staff was very kind and sweet. The nurse was very patient when taking my history and when explaining tests. They helped me to feel comfortable and safe.
The staff was incredibly friendly, fast, and helpful from beginning to end. I liked being able to book online to minimize wait time.
I made an appointment day of (scheduled at 11 in the morning and was able to get in at 4). Front desk lady was very kind and patient. All of the physicians I interacted with was so kind and so personable. I got tested for Covid/Step/Flu and got my test results in under 10 minutes and left shortly after that. Very efficient urgent care and very kind staff. 100% recommend to everyone:)— edit after reviewing other reviews I want to preface I don’t interact with a Victoria so that’s probably why I had a good experience
There was no notice that a physician was not on site so had to do virtual. After the appointment, I went to pick up medications and it hadn't been sent in at all. Doctor had told me that she'd send it in before we left the clinic. Called the clinic to ask, was told that the doctor was covering multiple clinics today and couldn't do anything on mine because she had charting to finish on others. 30 minutes later, still no script.
