Rude reception staff. I have a very bad experience with this center. They told us that the PCR test results will take 48 hours to be available. It took more than 60 hours to appear and they did not even give us a call to tell the results until now. We knew the results from the Quest site. This delay caused us to be prevented from boarding an international flight to Egypt, which requires the test results.
