Terrible experience: I needed a COVID test and the website says there's rapid, drive-through testing available. There's not. You need to call from the parking lot and get a walk-in appointment. I sat on hold for 20 minutes waiting to talk to anyone about what I needed, then waiting another hour just to get in to do the test. The nurse was extremely rude on the phone, getting frustrated at me when I asked some questions. If you feel like wasting your time come here. Had an appointment arrived early like they asked. 2 hours later still have not been seen. I understand that we are in a "pandemic" but if you have an appointment at least try to see them around that time. Worst place ever.

Thanks to the worst receptionist ever. I have called four times to get a simple answer to my question if this is the place to go for my problem. She picked up the phone and hung up the first three times, and then the fourth time decided to answer, placed me on hold for five minutes and then picked up the phone again and hung up. I had sharp back pain that was shooting down my leg and it was causing leg to numb. I got there filled out paperwork and went right back. The lady I saw asked a couple questions and gave me muscle relaxers. She said it was possible Sciatica nerve hope she's right�
Went yesterday when my asthma was on overdrive due to all the smoke in the air. I didn't consider the wait unreasonable and they were pretty quick to give me a breathing treatment, steroids and took the time to look for other options for prednisone which I didn't want to take. Beats a trip to the ER.
