The location online shows open until 8 pm and allows you to make the appointment. Once you get there, the door is closed and locked. I work in Northern Va and rushed with my 3 yr old to be seen only to be greeted with locked doors and no one to answer the phone!
Estimated wait time to be seen after checkin-in was 1 hour. We waited over three hours before we got seen, and it was rushed. The lady at the front desk was the rudest person I came across all day. My children and I will never step foot inside this place again.
Treated me great, everyone had good communication it felt very safe there. I’m very appreciative!
Came for strep that didn’t heal, they only tested me for strep which I tested negative for but my throat was inflamed and had white spots. Doctor told me they cant do/or give me anything and told me just gargle salt water and just go home. Woke up this morning feeling 10x worse and tonsils were completely swollen and white so went to a different place got tested for strep, flu, Covid and mono and got blood taken. Ended up having tonsillitis. Would never come back here.
