What a wonderful group of people. When you feel bad and the staff are miserable it makes you feel worse. It was such a pleasure to meet this group. Donna and Malachi both seem to love their jobs. Everyone was so nice and kind. I will come back for sure!!

The staff at the fast med off creedmoor road in Raleigh are SO nice!! I am in the middle of getting a lot of paperwork done for school and they went above and beyond to help me! They answered my questions and got me in and out super quick. PA Maggie went out of her way to get me the forms I needed! This urgent care is the best!!
Fast Med was quick in checking me in for my appointment. The followed social distancing protocol and only allowed one patient at the front desk at a time. They also had a separate waiting area for non-sick patients coming in for things like drug testing. Malachai was my nurse. He was fantastic and has a wonderful personality. He did great with my COVID test and had great bedside manner. Highly recommend.

My experience at FastMed was excellent. We were in and out within 30 minutes with no difficulty. Malachi was fun and enjoyable and made us feel welcome! Would recommend this service to anyone!

Always a good experience at this location. Thorough, organized, and polite. Never feel rushed and they are always here for us. Lots of Covid testing so wear a mask! Today I was helped by Maggie, Taneika, Donna, but have seen other great staff during other visits here. Thank you so much!
