Urgent Care This Urgent Care has great doctors. They were nice and caring and did a good job. However the front office staff is another story. They gave me a real hard time about my insurance and wanted me to pay the whole balance upfront because the insurance wasn't available to verify coverage since was on a weekend. My daughter has been to this urgent care location twice in the past week. We are new to the area and am trying to establish our PCP through my insurance. The first time she visited, she felt that she had a sinus infection. The nurse was rude and impatient. She came in and had a swab, when she asked what it was for, she rudely said sighed and said, "COVID!". She did test positive for COVID and was sent home with minimal directions. RecommendedMy son Got sent home from school because of a runny nose and wasn’t allowed to go back for 10 days unless he had a negative Covid test. They got me back within 30 minutes and I got my sons results within 15 minutes. Everyone was super friendly including the front desk. I highly recommend this place.

Front desk lady nice. Service is Awful. This Annoying 10 year old kid controlling his parents instead of parent’s controlling him they need to teach him is a place we’re people is sick and every body wants quiet time . Specially when you’re waiting to be seen for so long time . He never stop Whining when they were going to take him in next.
