Primacare Clinic My husband and I get our flu shots every year at Primacare Clinic. With Medicare, the shots are free and we are in and out of the clinic usually in 10-15 minutes.
Good free standing medical facility My company uses Primacare Medical Center whenever there is an accident or illness for one of my employees. They are always fast and pleasant. Great at stiching up that cut hand.
IF YOU NEED URGENT CARE< DO NOT GO HERE. My wife went into this Urgent care facility with a severe digestive stomach ach and cramping and had to wait 2 hrs while the nurses allowed other "Call in" Patients to go in ahead of her. She finally got up and left because it hurt so bad, she had to go to another urgent care facility for immediate treatment. Third world Doctors, Less than Third World Care Prima "don't Care. Stay away from this low rent " Doc in a Box ", Dr Verma left me crippled wan antibiotic called Levaquin, a year and a half ago, since that time, Dr Vermin has done nothing, but , lie to protect herself. Short wait time I quit using my GP doctor because I like the doctors at PrimaCare better. I use the "call ahead" waiting list option and usually don't have to wait very long at all. The staff is friendly and the doctors are thorough. They have the equipment necessary to do many tests without having to send me somewhere else. My previous General Practice doc mis-diagnosed my stomach pain as stress. The docs at PrimaCare found an infected appendix and sent me to the ER. FAST AND PROFESSIONAL UCGC is only a year old in Bixby but they are really great! They have two other clinics (Claremore and Owasso) and are an independent company. That means they do not have "big brother" telling them how to take care of you. If you need to be transferred or need specialized care, they send you where "YOU" want to go. (We thought she had a kidney infection, she has had one before) The nurse and Doctor both were very friendly and energetic. They immediately took us seriously and gave her a urine test to check for infection. I had a bad experience here I visited this Urgent care in Bixby and I waited two hours to be seen . The young Dr. I saw was crabby and dismissive of my opinions.I was given medicine that didn't help and I had to find another doctor.
