I contracted the flu while traveling in Arizona, and found this clinic via an internet search. The online scheduling was convenient, the staff friendly and competent, and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. It's never easy getting ill while traveling, but this medical facility was wonderful!
I made appointment on line. Big mistake� I called to check on time. Was told 12:20pm. Check in at 12:15. No appointment. Was told I missed it. Never doing that again. Was seen at almost 2:00 pm. You need to figure a better way with online appointments
Made an appointment for 1:30... Got here at 1 hoping they were ahead of schedule. At 2:30 we got called back to a room. The current time is 3:15! Still waiting to be seen!!! What is the purpose of making an appointment to wait 2hours after your appointment time to be seen!?!?!?!? Working in the Emergency Department I understand busy is busy but don't set up appointments for people to wait hours on end! This place was 100x better before NextCare took over
