Everyone was amazing! I was on vacation from Fl and of course fell at slide rock. After not being able to sleep, I just wanted to make sure i did not have a hairline fx. Luckily my elbow was just badly bruised and swolled. I was back to enjoying my vacation after my xray. Working healthcare myself, I was very pleased. They were fast, professional, and most of all kind!

I have always been treated well at Urgent Care. The doctors have been first rate. The new online appointment setting system and the in-house video screen letting you know your place in line are wonderful improvements. Wait times have been generally more than expected, even with the new system, but much shorter than before it was implemented. Dear Urgent Care: You are neither! I calmly told the woman answering the phone to please change her caustic voice because it sounded very condescending. She immediately put me on hold for ten minutes. I suppose this was to put me into “time out”. She gets back on the line with a disingenuous saccharin voice and tells me the phone number for physical therapy. I call the number and get the obnoxious fax machine. Touché, the ugliness continues. In Sedona a few days when my skin rash was becoming extremely more itchy, keeping me awake thru the night. NextCare check-in processes were efficient and thorough enough for my condition. NP treatment did the trick--slept thru the night. Yeah!
We were on vacation, 2500 miles from home & my son had a severe reaction to poison ivy or something similar. It started to swell and he was miserable. Sharee at the front desk was so kind and professional. She got everything entered into the system while remaining calm when I was upset/worried about my son.
