Called to inquire about services. **** was very helpful on the phone with my billing inquires. I love how the company also does community outreach in the ******** area. I will be going here for all of my therapy needs.
My daughter has had two therapists there and has loved them so much! Both have been passionate and caring!! They even work with parents and do positive parenting courses, which benefit the children!
I sent my 2 daughters to therapy during a vulnerable time in their lives because they NEEDED HELP but this company was an insult to injury. It is a sad day when even a mental health practice is corrupt and deceiving. I got billed for times they did not attend and their billing person **** was defensive and abrupt. I had proof that my daughters did not attend the therapies billed and he did not want to hear it. stay away. They charge you and try to lock you down for counseling sessions when you have not committed to them. Shady business.
This place is despicable, shady, and an embarrassment to the mental health industry. From clients down to staff, they treat everyone horribly and as if they are replaceable. They have no ethics, as they will even pay staff for reviews. They hide behind faith and Christianity but I assure you they do not begin to embody anything Christ like. This business is ran by a convicted criminal, commits Medicare fraud and tax fraud and pays for 5 star reviews to combat all of the 1 star.
I only gave 1 Star, I would of given 5 for my therapist Julie F*****. My complaint was that I had 10 sessions with her and 3 cancellations (be CAREFUL you will be charged $100 per cancellation) I NEVER received a bill or statement. On 12/28/2022 my debit card had a debit of $550 from Next Steps, This was Unauthorized. Since they had my credit card on file they took it upon themselves to so ahead and run the charge without my knowledge.
