I arrived at this center after driving for an hour and a half with my baby. I am currently without stable housing. I was staying in an Airbnb and now living out of my car. When I arrived, the door was closed. She said they lock the door at 3:15 PM. This was my second visit with a 3:00 PM appointment, and I arrived around 3:20 PM.
