And, this was no cookie cutter property. It involved a well, multiple legal descriptions, septic system, barn, 10 acres, multiple electric supplies, and other complications. Well done!

Christine went way beyond our expectations. We live out of state and needed 4 different service providers ( electrical, general contractor, roofer, pressure washer) and she coordinated their repairs all within 2 weeks. She was very responsive to any inquiries or concerns we had. Plus, the house was only on the market a couple days!!!
