Considering how their director of nursing loves to go on tirades on LinkedIn, it’s no surprise this place is horrible. Priorities.
The worst of the worst. Fall River Healthcare is a mess. They have some great employees but the vast majority are negligent at best. Avoid any of their nursing homes if possible. These nursing homes appear in my opinion to only be run for profit, caring for people is at the bottom of their list. If you are forced to endure a stay here be prepared to deal with filth, lack of care and lack of caring.
I'm having hard time with the staff here. I am the same age as many of or most. I'm unfortunately here for the rest of my life!I I'm 55 yrs old. Andy Almeida The V.I.P. Has been helpful but as he left the problem we were quickly to return. Even harder! I got to tell everyone do not send anyone to a Next Step Facility!!!!
Home health aides stopped abruptly. Some would not come at all. I was left alone at home without any help AT ALL..They connected me with another company. That took over 1 month . I told Next Step garbage was piled up. Laundry was piled up.No one came. Beware. This was not a smoothe change as i am handicapped and cannot do things on my own.
