When I first contacted Stuart, I asked about the negative review he has here on Google Reviews. He explained that he became the middleman in a dispute between a daughter and her stepmom concerning the dad/husband, and that while he is confident that he made the responsible decision, there was no way one or the other of these two women was not going to be upset. I am a former County Program Specialist and I have observed the high quality of services provided by Next Step For Seniors. Mr. Shwartz is extremely knowledgeable of the benefits, systems, resources and services available to seniors. He is very committed and compassionate and has assisted many individuals not just to maintain but to actually enhance their quality of life.
Legalshield recommended this gentleman and his service to me since I live out of state Would NOT use this service from this man Stuart shwartz if you paid ME. He is deceitful and uses confidence info you speak of with him to apposing parties involved if there is an consevortship issue, or other custody issues. I'm contacting legalshield to remove his name. SHAMEFUL STUART!!!!! God is watching. You reap what you sow.
