I have had multiple arrangements made and they are immaculate each and every time! Everything is fresh and the staff is extremely easy to work with! Everyone is friendly and professional! The only florist I will work with and go with in NNY! And I'll die on that hill!

Stopped in on Valentine's Day just a couple hours before our event we were able to have a beautiful corsage and boutonniere custom made. We went to every other floral shop in town and were turned away. We walked in and asked the lady behind the counter, showed her the dress and told her our idea, she said "give me 30 min" Amazing work and very reasonably priced. Thank you so much.
Good service and inventory
Our family would highly recommend using this floral shop! The woman who helped us was very helpful, patient, and professional. We ordered 3 floral arrangements for our mother’s viewing and we all agreed that they were the most BEAUTIFUL arrangements we had ever seen! My photos do not do the arrangements justice. Our mother would’ve LOVED the flowers!! Thank you to the team at Next Step Floral Designs for helping to make our mother’s services beautiful!
