NextStep help me navigate and see things from a different prospective. Be honest, work with the therapist and be patient. If you are tired of being tired this facility has tools to help you process issues, problems and concerns in a healthy way.
I love Dr. Buchanan! I have been seeing her since 2020 and despite my nervousness to dive deep, she took her time with me and did not push or pry. Thank you so much for the care and i look forward to seeing you every 2 weeks, it truly is a highlight of my week. :)
Absolutely terrible. I brought my sister here to discuss some issues she was having and instead of trying to establish a connection the "therapist" straight up just wanted to stop seeing her. I wouldn't recommend, the therapist really just wanted things to go her way instead of trying a different approach which I suggested. Terrible, didn't even offer another referral or anything.
