One star to reach out. What bothers me is that 1- as a tenant, I am not allowed to talk to them directly (per them), i need to contact my property manager who contacts the owner who contacts the HOA. This is ridiculous when it comes to report tree fall, homeless, water leaks. 2- rules enforcement is lazy. Sure they drive around and take picture of my bike parked in the garage but not the balcony that peeled off last year. The cement is still in the ground after more than 10 months! I’m the resident of Sierra Crest. The community has been through a lot before next Step taken over. The community has changed a lot. The company managed very well. They came up with very strict policy about repair and modification, which I agreed 100%. The rule helps regulation and also will maintain a stable financial status. Brandie at Next Step is amazing. She is so quick to address a concern from the homeowners. Im a realtor and we had a tricky situation with buyers loan and some termite work needed outside the condo.. Hello Folks, It seems unreasonable that it took 11 days from my request on 7/6/25 to reserve the pool area at Mariner's Cove for a gathering on 7/27/25. I hope responses to homeowners can be more timely in the future.
