We bought a car here a couple weeks ago and something went wrong within a couple days. I thought we were out of luck, used car as-is warranty and all, but I contacted the dealership to see if they would "make it right", like they claimed on their website. AND THEY DID! They fixed the car at cost saving us $800 from what the Ford dealership had quoted. We are very happy with the customer service.
