WORST SERVICE EVER Called and booked appointment for May 28 then we got a call to rebook for May 14th at 7:00 am. Got a call on Saturday, May 12 to change the time to 10:00, she was impatient and rude and when she realized that we can't accommodate 10:00 am she hung up while I was still speaking. Called her back to find out if we still have an appointment or not she confirmed that we are booked for 7:00am on Monday morning. Waited at home till 8:30 no one showed up or called. Sprinkler System Maintenance Have been using Next Rain Irrigation for about 5 years to service sprinkler system. Always efficient and take care of any issues like broken sprinkler heads etc... without a problem. Great service and price.

Start up of system I would like to say in general the service was ok, until I got the bill. This is the first year I used Next Rain and when they came to do the start up they found numerous problems, much to my surprise the system was running just fine last year. they proceeded to change out values, without my consultantion, and at the end of the service I was charged over $500 with an explanation that there was low pressure and the values needed to be changed. We are confident your sprinkler system is in working order and will be working for you for a number of years. Please remember to winterize your sprinkler system early so not to cause yourself extra costs from possible damages. sprinkler head repair and fall blowout A 3rd party service had admitted to breaking the pop-up head of one of my in ground sprinklers. I have been using Next Rain for a number of years for winterization and Spring start-up so after sorting out that the pop-up hadn't simply unthreaded from the body and determining that the likely make, I gave them a call. Sprinkler system update with new heads and locations Next Rain is always quick to respond to whatever issue my 20 year old system throws at me. This year I had to replace several heads and relocate some news ones. The service is always professional and done quickly.

Irrigation System Maintenance / Repairs Have used Next Rain Irrigation for 4 years on winterization of my irrigation system. Never ran into any problems in the spring with damage. Had to call them out for one repair and the technician came out promptly and was super helpful on getting the line back in service and adjusting the spray pattern for a added section of grass. Lawn is looking great!
