I don't think I've ever been impressed with staff or facility at a medical facility. I want to start by saying the front desk staff are super sweet and caring! They asked if I wanted water, made sure I was comfortable and didn't need anything. This review is mainly about ANIKA. She went above and beyond and made me feel at ease and comfortable. Great place! They’re quick, efficient, and so nice! Highly recommend! It’s super clean, easy to find, and they have xray in house. The providers and staff are knowledgeable and always friendly.
Been here multiple times. Have had one doctor out of many that took my injuries seriously. Never had that one doctor again not going to ever come here again.
I’m a nurse with six years of experience, and I strongly urge others to avoid this urgent care. I went in for chest pain, palpitations, dizziness, and feeling faint — symptoms that warranted thorough evaluation. They took my vitals once and completely disregarded the log I brought showing multiple readings I'd taken over the past few hours. Went to NextLevel Urgent Care and received top notch care. I made an appointment online and was seen by Michael and techs, Kailey and Steven super fast. They were patient and caring and helped me get through my medical need with compassion and care. The facility was super nice and really clean. Highly recommend and will absolutely go back if I ever need urgent care again!
