Walked in nobody in the waiting room and was told to come back in a few hours they were too busy. Seriously, an urgent care turning someone away. Once seen after 2-1.2 hours the NP seen to be bothered that she had to see us. Won't be going back to this location!
II went to Next Level for an ear ache. Paid $180 and sat in the pharmacy parking lot for over 2 hours, in horrible pain, waiting for a prescription to be filled that had never been called in. $180 is a lot for someone to look in your ear and say it’s red, then forget to call in the prescription. Too many other clinics around for emergencies. I won’t be returning.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. My wife went in for a simple removal of some wax from her ear and after getting the wax out the nurse went into a process (NOT NEEDED) where basically they ruined her ears and now has tinnitus, of which she will need to take steroids and who knows what else will happen...We will probably talk to a lawyer, but either way stay away from this place, very Unprofessional and they dont care about you.
My son cut his middle finger by accident and the staff at next level urgent care were so attentive and caring. Perfect place to go!!!
Very satisfied. Rickie Allison who was there for my visit was a great tech ! Will go there next time for sure.
This place gets you in and out fast which I prefer to waiting and scheduling days ahead. Zulma A. provided a light hearted atmosphere and fun banter while I waited for my test results. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
