I walked in five minutes before they close and lala greeted me with smile and the eagerness to help. The tech came in took my daughter vitals and was very gentle and considerate of her injury while getting this done. Anita was amazing and explained everything to us and also gave suggestions for home. The office was very clean and the process was fast we were in and out within the hour.
Anita, one of the NP at this location is very rude and talks to patients in a condescending tone. Shes not the NP who initially helped me when I came to this location (thank God) but she is the one who called me on a follow up call. I had questions and instead of her being polite and informative she decided to be a condescending jerk and rude instead of answering the questions I had.
