We worked with James after my 15 year old son’s meniscus repair surgery. The experience was very positive. He worked one on one with him and helped make progress while carefully monitoring his swelling. Highly recommend for young athletes! Great facility, very nice staff, knowledgeable and excellent communication!
Dr. James Bard was awesome to work with! He created a care plan that integrated with my existing routine and specific goals, making it easy for me to continue working on strength and healing even now that I am no longer going in for sessions. Dr. Bard is amazing. He cares about his patients and strives for their success. I started going to physical therapy to fix my knee and get back into running. Dr. Bard curated different strength programs for me each session which has helped me not only run again but have more strength to run.
