The absolute best sports massage ever. I will be a long term client. I’m fairly flexible yet muscle bound for my size and am a “professional” athlete; so it’s important to me that I get the blood worked around regularly to ensure I get full range of motion. Originally came here as recommended for therapeutic massage for injury recovery and am thoroughly pleased. The benefits of regular massages for athletic persons are not talked about enough! 10/10 highly recommend.
We worked with James after my 15 year old son’s meniscus repair surgery. The experience was very positive. He worked one on one with him and helped make progress while carefully monitoring his swelling. Highly recommend for young athletes! Great facility, very nice staff, knowledgeable and excellent communication!
Dr. James Bard was awesome to work with! He created a care plan that integrated with my existing routine and specific goals, making it easy for me to continue working on strength and healing even now that I am no longer going in for sessions.
