We rented a house through Next Level Rentals and had a VERY slow experience getting our security deposit back. We followed the contract requirements exactly before moving out—steam-cleaning the carpet and having the house professionally cleaned, and so on. However, they did not refund our security deposit until 42 days after move-out. Each time I called to ask, I was told, “It hasn’t been 45 days yet.” As a result, we didn’t actually receive the money in our account until after the 45-day period had passed.
Over the years, we have had an exceptional experience with Nurith and her team at Next Level Rentals serving as our property management company. Their meticulous attention to detail and assistance in coordinating repairs and maintenance provided us with peace of mind. When we decided to sell our home, they did an excellent job coordinating the make-ready work and getting it listed and sold. Most reviews come from landlords...but from a renter's point of view, these guys are terrific. NO COMPARIson with the previous several management companies i had the misfortune to deal with.
