Don’t waste your time. Was supposed to see a property and confirmed the appointment multiple times only to arrive to learn the tenant wasn’t responding. The showing should have been cleared with the tenant prior to confirming an appointment with a prospective renter. Incredibly unprofessional.
Terrible experience with this property management company as a renter. I’ve been in the rental for almost a year, and have many issues that have not been fixed. For one, I’ve had a mice infestation that has not been addressed for going on 3+ months. There is a large hole under the sink (that was there before I moved in) that they are dragging their feet to get patched. Daily mouse droppings all over the kitchen.
