I went to Next Level in an acute lower back trauma and pain stage where I could barely walk and could not sit at all! From there I worked with Dr Ben for three months to manage pain, regain strength and confidence to go back working at the gym thrice a week. Next Level and Dr Ben have given me tools/ exercises which I use routinely to manage any stresses on my back. They have the right knowledge, tools and friendly demenor to motivate you to feel better! They are the best care you would get at the time you need the most!

I had pain in my knee for months, which I ignored. Dr. Ben gave me exercises coupled with breathing techniques that helped the pain in my knee. I don't know how it works... but it does. I had Physical Therapy for back surgery years ago and it was nothing like this. Dr. Ben was very involved with my treatments. He did not leave me to do them on my own, which had been done in my past PT treatments. I can now run/jog and walk up steps without pain. I came to Dr. Ben and Next Level Physical Therapy for shoulder pain I was experiencing from exercise. I chose Next Level because they had an office at my Crossfit gym. Super convenient. More importantly, it told me they were CrossFit friendly. I have been to other physical therapists for other issues and was told I shouldn't Crossfit. Dr. Ben is great. During each of my sessions, he always explained the exercise, how to do it correctly and the benefit that I would gain. After working with Dr. Ben for a few months, I finally feel like I'm not walking around with my shoulders up around my ears.

Next Level is fantastic!! Non conventional physical therapy group that understands athletes and their goals!! Was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder and the doctor told me that she has never seen physical therapy help with a frozen shoulder. They have helped me tremendously and not even sure I have a frozen shoulder!! Ben is wonderful!! He really listens and wants his patients to achieve their goals. Justin and Dr. Mike are great too! Wonderful team and excellent approach!!
