There hasn’t been a review here for awhile so I’ll say why: Akshay completely messed up my loan. $1.1M house with a 45 day escrow and we missed closing by a week. No communication, just told me “we got this” when I called. Frantically calls me for documents after we missed closing. Last minute tells me I need to pay $16k in points to make the deal, but it’s “not that bad” because I get credit so it’s only “$10k”. You couldn’t have told me that weeks earlier???
