Next Level Fitness has been my saving grace, and the only workout i can honestly say I have stuck with for 3 years. The workouts are challenging, the trainers are awesome, and the improvements I have seen and felt in my body and mind have been the biggest reward. Such a great workout! You’ll sweat, work your entire body, and really get your heart rate up. It doesn’t matter how old you are or where you’re starting, there’s something for everyone!
I cannot say enough good things about this gym. Great variety of exercises that are never boring - i actually look forward to going to the gym, which is definitely new for me:) The instructors are super helpful, and there is always a welcoming motivating environment. Love the levels and accountability as well!
Next Level has helped me in so many ways! I have learned more about exercise and nutrition through the classes, meal plans and macro counting! I love the community aspect of the gym as well and I am looking forward to learning even more in 2026!
