We just had our old deck renovated by Next Level Exteriors, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team was incredibly quick, but what really stood out was their communication. I was constantly kept informed of the progress and status of the build. Even when we hit a few hiccups, Jake and his crew checked in almost daily to keep us updated. Jake’s crew did a great job with our deck. We expanded to a 16’ x 32’ deck, so it was a big project. Jake was a pleasure to work with and was always accessible for any questions we had. The project did take longer than we anticipated, but turned out beautifully.

My old deck had become old and unsafe with peeling paint and rotten boards. Jake and his crew tore the whole thing down and built it back from the ground up. They came early and stayed late to complete the project on time and were easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.
