Jake and his crew were excellent! We hit a few snags due to a landscaping/drainage problem at my house and they were understanding and very professional! Their attention to detail is what really sets them apart in my opinion. They took painstaking effort to get all the little things right and the result was a beautiful new deck! Had a great time working with Jake at next level exteriors. Hired him to side and re-roof my shed and ended up adding an additional shed behind the remaining one. He did such an outstanding job that we hired him for our carport! 10/10 would recommend him. His attention to detail and craftsmanship is outstanding not to mention his professionalism as well!
Jake and Phil rebuilt the stairs and railing on our back deck. They were timely and professional, and made a point of keeping us informed on their progress. At the end they cleaned up well and left us with a beautiful product!
Jake and Next Level Exteriors was awesome to work with! I am a GC and hired them to install the decking and railing on a project of mine. The framer screwed up a couple things and forgot a couple things and Jake fixed them up and kept moving no sweat. He helped me deal with some issues we had with a supplier and helped smooth out that process. He was great at communicating and staying in touch so I could schedule other trades around him. I absolutely love my deck. They were so nice and polite to deal with. They were so amazing with their ideas and answering my questions and concerns. Excellent with attention to details.. They got it done quickly and so professionally. I would highly recommend them to anyone !!! They went above and beyond my expectations!!!
