Have had my vehicle detailed multiple times at Next Level. Generally, I’m very happy. While the most recent visit was fine, not to the level I’ve seen before. Lots of product used on the interior, but not necessarily cleaned or buffed well as could be. Lots of over spray both inside and out and feels like a lot of old dirty rags were used. I first found next level last year when trying to get my truck detailed for winter. They worked with me to determine my needs and the results were great. I thought the level of service and work performed for price was really good so I suggested them to my SIL who took two of his vehicles to them shortly after. Next Level took care of his needs for both vehicles and provided service above and beyond. I returned again this fall and found the same level of service and results. I have recommended them to several friends as well.
Next Level Detail did an outstanding job with the ceramic coating on my vehicle. The finish looks amazing, and the attention to detail was top-notch. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took great care of my car. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality detailing and ceramic coating services!
We had a large container of green washer fluid in our trunk that got cracked in the bottom so it spilled everywhere in our trunk, seeped into the cracks, and made the entire vehicle reek of methanol. Had it not been for this incident, we wouldn't have brought it in to get cleaned. This is the only reason we brought it to get a deep interior clean, and was discussed at time of drop-off.
