I called ahead and asked if I could come in after I got off work at 5, and the person on the phone told me yes. When I got there, the staff didn’t acknowledge me at all. No greeting or anything they just looked at me like I was crazy for standing there. Then a boy came in for a haircut and they immediately spoke to him and sat him in the chair with no problem. At that point I decided to leave. Customer service matters, and I’d rather spend my money somewhere that at least acknowledges their customers.
10 out 10! I called and spoke with Brandon as a last-minute option to get my 11-year-old son a haircut. We showed up, the customer service was excellent, and Brandon did an amazing job. When my 14-year-old; who is extremely picky, by the way; saw his brother’s haircut, he immediately wanted Brandon to cut his hair too. I called Brandon to see if he could take my other son, and we returned within an hour. We were in and out, and once again, he did an amazing job. We officially have a new barber, and I’m so grateful.
