Kit is awesome. Didn't buy a van from him but I brought my van to be have a partition installed. The work was 5 star. I will certainly go back to add other stuff to my van. It is worth coming down from east san gabriel valley to Next Level. Glen
Next Level Auto Center and Kit Chieng offer a level of customer service that is nearly unheard of in today's world. Our school purchased two Ford Transit vans from him in the past couple of months. BEWARE unfortunately this place is false advertising their sprinter vans on the website it’s posted for $48,997 and when asked to come purchase with cash the price jumps 9,000 more to $57,355 please see photos attached. We spoke to Ken.
To whom this may concern, please be aware of back customer service along with very bad communication skills. Would stray away due to this.
We purchased a passenger van from Ken and he was so helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Ken and Next Level Auto Center!
