I wanted to write this review to describe our experience with Next Level Auto Center. We were looking for a small van to be used for our business and ended up purchasing a 2019 Ford Transit Connect at Next Level Auto Center. After purchasing the van, we needed to coordinate shipping from California to Oregon. Kit is awesome. Didn't buy a van from him but I brought my van to be have a partition installed. The work was 5 star. I will certainly go back to add other stuff to my van. It is worth coming down from east san gabriel valley to Next Level. Glen
Next Level Auto Center and Kit Chieng offer a level of customer service that is nearly unheard of in today's world. Our school purchased two Ford Transit vans from him in the past couple of months. BEWARE unfortunately this place is false advertising their sprinter vans on the website it’s posted for $48,997 and when asked to come purchase with cash the price jumps 9,000 more to $57,355 please see photos attached. We spoke to Ken.
