Alex butchered my hair! She even told me how good it looked. I got home, looked in the mirror and cried! It took me 45 minutes of j Beverly Hills paste and gel to make my hair lay down. It looks hideous! Almost so short it is spiked! Each day since she cut my hair I spend 45 min trying to fix what she screwed up! No hair stylist has ever brought me to tears! I am 68 years old!
