Purchased a restaurant card but have been told there's no money on it when I tried to use it! Have been chashing and emailing all week but no one refunding my money. Disgusting customer service. Will not be using again and wish to take the matter further!
I have been trying to purchase tickets for over 2 weeks now and I can't get anyone to process my order, return emails, or return phone calls. Every time I call the office no one picks up the phone and if I leave a voicemail it doesn't get returned. Customer service and responsiveness has been horrible!

Opened two support tickets about problems with weak envelopes they use to send vouchers: 764407 and 775763. Both tickets were ignored and closed with no contact. The only way to contact them is via a web form with no phone number! Shocking service. The CEO should be ashamed!
I have no idea why but when trying to use my card on the corporate perks site it says it's linked to a next jump account....no where on your website am I unable to remove any details of my card!!!!!! This is disgusting I cannot use my card for what I need to and cannot find a number to call you! Can you get someone to get back to me ASAP before I take this further
Why did Next Jump charge my credit card $9? Are you affiliated with Wowpoints? AARP? Restaurant (dot) com? If you are, you charged me $9 for something I did not receive, cannot load, print or redeem at the business on the voucher.
