I got my nose pierced and was extremely satisfied with the staff. months later I went back for another piercing, this time was a different staff member, he was rude, inconsiderate and didn't really care that I was spending my money there. if I were the shop owner, I definitely would not want a "child" working for me and giving my shop a bad name. I would not reccomend this shop for piercings to anyone who wants to question the "professional" in any manner. they do not want to answer questions.

The environment is very welcoming, clean, and the artists are talented, patient, more than accommodating when it comes to answering questions for tattoo virgins. I am incredibly pleased with the result and will return for subsequent work.
