I have to describe in only one word 'AWESOME'. I can speak from my experience that if you are new to the bay area or not familiar with the market and looking for someone to give right guidance and help to buy property, Deric and Clare are right couple to got to. We did look at the property and put an offer next day which was accepted and whole process took 20 days from start to closing.
