I’ve been with Dr. Mortimer before they opened this practice. They used to be tentative and pay attention to your concerns. The last few years I have seen it all go down hill. All the doctors and PA’s that I loved have moved on and there has to be a reason for such a high turnover. My last straw was a charge that my insurance said they took care of and the next thing I know I’m getting a $50 charge for a late fee that I had only received one notice of since I talked to my provider. RecommendedWe have been taking our kids to see Dr Mortimer and staff for almost 10 years now. As a parent of a medically complex child, I cannot express enough how reassuring it is to know that they are there to help with questions and same day sick visits. I highly recommend this office to other parents.
RecommendedTrust the doctors and PA’s. Always quick on seeing my children. Can call same day and very rarely can they not be seen. Did have an issue in the past with a PA on breastfeeding views. That PA is no longer in the office. Staff is friendly, they take time to listen to concerns or any questions we may have, and my kids are always at ease and comfortable. Both of my children have been seen since birth. So we’ve attended the practice for almost seven years now.
RecommendedThe Drs are amazing. My kids and I would be lost without Dr Mortimer. My 18 year old son doesn’t want to leave his office even though he’s technically an adult now. He talks with you about whatever you need. He listens and is genuinely concerned!!! Love this office and the staff is awesome.
Can't even express how angry I am right now took my child who has a fever chills and is hurting in her joints and amid one of the worst flu season they decided she shouldn't get a flu test just go home and drink water and see if she getting sicker. Looks like this will be the next doctors office to kill a child.
Love all of them! The docs, nurses.. especially dr. Stewart, dr. Rowland and Roz!
