Can't even express how angry I am right now took my child who has a fever chills and is hurting in her joints and amid one of the worst flu season they decided she shouldn't get a flu test just go home and drink water and see if she getting sicker. Looks like this will be the next doctors office to kill a child.

Been taking my kids for the last 10 years and well my last few visits haven't been the best. I don't know if was turn around with nursing staff or what. Also had an appointment scheduled weeks an advance for a TB, they called to confirm appointment and then the day of called to cancel saying they didn't have the stuff. Just very frustrating lately. Maybe it's time to move on since my kids aren't little anymore.

Great staff. I left 2 other local pediatrician offices who were so inept that I was surprised they actually had their own kids (or had even seen one). 3 doctors misdiagnosed my daughter and Dr. Mortimer knew what it was almost instantly. We moved away 4 years ago, but I still drive almost an hour to stay with Dr Mortimer.

I STRONGLY suggest looking elsewhere! Misdiagnosed, rude staff, and no willingness to help is what turned me away! Most of the staff, PAs, and Doctors have left this office over the past 2 years and went elsewhere and it has showed tremendously!! Walk in hours (45 minutes per day) are such a joke at this place. Make sure you know when your child is going to be sick so you you can take advantage of the 45 minutes they offer. NEVER will I suggest this place to anyone! Quick Care Pediatrics is where you want to go for extremely... read more

Dr. Mortimer was such a jerk! He misdiagnosed a major issue my son had and kept telling me "I was a over reactive mother". I took it upon myself to get a second opinion at Children's Hospital. It ended up being excstly what I thought it was! I made it clear to him of his negligence! Also, I was working full time and my mother took my children for vaccinations and she was asked by the older front desk lady, why the mother of these children weren't present for vaccinations. Be thankful the children are being seen by a doctor! ... read more
