TERRIBLE!!! Do not hire them as your management company. I cannot stress this enough. We have had so many complaints regarding their employees in my building at South Bay Club particularly for their employee, Nicole Leon. She is beyond rude and not only talks down to residents, but others in the offices as well. I don't understand how someone can work in a management company, but refuses to help anyone. I am beside myself that this company allows employees to act this way!
