I am extremely happy with the service I received from Vitaliy today. My one year old furnace couldn’t start for some reason. After other companies failed to diagnose the problem, I decided to try Next Generation heating and cooling company. They sent Vitaliy on the same day I called and he quickly figured out what was wrong. His technical skills and professional knowledge are truly impressive! I highly recommend this company and Vitaliy for your HVAC work.

I’ve used this company three times now, and they’ve always delivered. Most recently, we returned from holiday to find our drains had overflowed and left the terrace in a mess. They were with us by lunchtime, fixed the issue quickly, and made sure it wouldn’t happen again. Highly recommended.
New furnace & A/C installed by Next Generation last August. Furnace wouldn't turn on yesterday. Called Next Generation in the afternoon and they had a tech here within 3 hours. Furnace was fine but thermostat needed to be replaced. Tech didn't have the thermostat in his truck, but came back this morning and installed. Work complete less than 24 hours after me calling!! Good communication, fair price. Highly recommend Next Generation based on the experiences I've had with them in the past year.
