Excellent customer service! They were prompt and knowledgeable and did an outstanding job.
The AC unit stopped working. Vitaliy came promptly on time, he communicated with me every step of the way from the moment he left his office. He is very tidy, professional and uses great ways to explain the customer what the issue is. He did not try to sell me a completely new system, he fixed the exact part that needed help. Vitaliy was also available on a very short notice, we did not have to live for a week in misery. I will definitely refer his company to everyone I know.
I will certainly be using Next Generation Heating and Cooling again. They were quick to find the issue with my A/C unit, and had it up and running in no time. Very courteous, friendly and professional. Definitely recommend.
