I was hesitant about seeking help for my hearing loss. I was scared to get a test. Next Gen was more than assuring and addressed all my concerns. I’ve been to four different hearing specialist since April 2017 ,some were rude ! But foremost they were more interested in my money not my ears. Mr.Pomeroy was kind compassionate caring understanding and concerned !i was able to use my Humana deductible and had no out of pocket expense! I am in a different world now that I have found Next Generation. My hearing has been getting worse for many years. After going to the Florence office they have me set up to where I can hear things I haven't heard in 20 years. The products and the customer service both are top notch.
I had not heard good things about hearing aids and went in with some trepidation. Stephen was friendly, professional, and helpful as he tested my hearing and gave me options for meeting the deficiencies. I've had my hearing aids over 4 weeks now and wear them apprciatively every day. Can't say enough about just how pleased I was with my experience with this business. They are very professional and knowledgeable about hearing aids. They try their best to work with you according to your need. I have been using my new aids for a month and am thrilled with how much better I hear.
