I have had the best experience with this place. Dr Steven Pomeroy and his staff are awesome. I have received 2 sets of hearing aids from them over the years. I will continue to go to them as long as they will have me lol Steven is very patient and answers all questions you might have. He goes out of his way to make sure that you are hearing the best that you can with his products. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
I recommend Next Generation. I am very Happy with service here. Both receptionist are real nice. Hearing Care Practioner Stephen Pomeroy is amazing. He works with you makes sure you’re happy with everything.
Would recommend. They have done a great job in helping my grandfather with his hearing aids.
Wanted to give a shout out to “Next generation hearing center” in Florance, Ky. My father in law has had hearing aids before (at least two different sets). Dr. Steve Pomeroy and his staff have been wonderful to him and he loves his hearing aids. The technology is awesome and the Dr. Has done a great job in educating my father in law ( and my husband ) on how they work, maintenance etc. . In his past experience, he never had this. If you’re in need, we would highly recommend them.
Had my new hearing aides since October and I love them. Now I can even talk on the cell phone and understand conversations. I love it. I highly recommend this place over anywhere else
